WELLNESS MENU AT THE HOTEL ASTORIA
Attentiveness and care for our guests' quality of life are essential components of hospitality and, of course, a hallmark of the Astoria. Wellness, now a global trend, is undergoing intensive development across various sectors, from nutrition to tourism. Since 2017, the Astoria has been part of the international Rocco Forte Nourish program, which allows guests to find healthy and delicious dishes at all hotels within the group and maintain a balanced diet while traveling. The new year of 2026 begins with the launch of the new Just For You wellness menu.
Updated annually, the Just For You menu is traditionally developed in collaboration with the eponymous project by Dr. Irina Pochitaeva—a pioneer in the Russian healthy nutrition market (operating since 2004) and an aggregator of leading global methodologies in meal production. The menu features low-calorie, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes with low sugar content, containing all the essential vitamins and minerals for health, beauty, and longevity. Following tradition, the Astoria menu was crafted with the expertise of a nutritionist, hotel Executive Chef Francois Cantin, and the Just For You project’s Chef Roman Andropov.
The wellness menu is served at the Rotonda Lounge, open daily from 08:00 to 01:00, making it the perfect choice for a wholesome early breakfast or a guilt-free dinner. Among the highlights is a 99-kcal dessert featuring a shortbread tuile that mirrors the pattern of the historic glass dome in the Astoria’s Winter Garden—hotel Pastry Chef Ekaterina Zhelvakova continues to work her magic.
